We supply and distribute certified PA6 GF30 polyamide compounds for industrial and manufacturing use. Our services are intended for business customers, including OEMs, manufacturers, and supply chain partners across the EU.

Minimum order quantities and delivery schedules may apply and will be confirmed in writing before contract execution.

5. Delivery and Logistics

We strive to meet agreed delivery times; however, delays may occur due to third-party logistics or unforeseen events.

• Delivery terms are specified per individual agreement

• Title and risk transfer to the customer upon dispatch unless otherwise agreed

6. Payment Terms

Payment conditions are subject to the contract or invoice terms agreed upon in advance.

Unless otherwise stated:

• Payment is due within 10–30 business days (based on agreement)

• Late payments may incur statutory interest and collection fees

7. Quality and Documentation

We provide technical documentation and compliance certificates (on request) for our certified compounds. Any product complaints must be reported in writing within 7 working days of delivery.

8. Limitation of Liability

o the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

• Losses arising from improper use, storage, or handling of materials

Our liability, where applicable, is limited to the value of the product supplied.
